Terms and Conditions

  • We insist that your cats are vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu’ and that the Vaccination Certificates are produced on arrival. If you do not bring your card as proof we will not be able to accept your cat for boarding.
  • If your cat has never been vaccinated or the annual booster is out of date, then the cat needs to have a full course again to be covered. It will take a period of 5 weeks from the administering of the first required injection to when your cat is safe to board. To avoid problems it is advisable to contact your Vet for full details
  • We recommend that your cat is vaccinated against Feline Leukaemia.
  • Existing medical conditions must be brought to our attention on arrival.
  • No animal will be admitted that has any symptoms of illness such as runny nose, watery eyes or sneezing.
  • Please ensure your animal has received regular flea and worm treatment before arrival

  • Should your animal fall ill while boarding we reserve the right to call a Veterinary Surgeon and act on their advice. Any expenses incurred must be met by the owner of the animal.
  • Every step possible will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of your animal during its stay, but we take no responsibility or liability of any kind for any illness, accident, loss, theft or death.
  • Sorry, but we cannot accept un-neutered male cats over 6 months of age.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admittance.
